1. Agreement
By downloading, purchasing, or using SAY, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Purchase and separate API charges
SAY is offered for a one-time App Store purchase price of $14.99, subject to availability, taxes, regional pricing, and Apple’s purchase terms. This is not a SAY subscription. AI-powered features require your personal OpenAI API key. OpenAI API usage is a separate service billed directly by OpenAI under its own pricing and terms.
3. What SAY provides
SAY provides text-based communication and language-training assistance through SAY Mirror, clearer-expression examples, language instruction, useful phrases, and practice review. It is designed to help you move from thought to language to expression.
4. Your OpenAI account and key
You are responsible for creating and maintaining your OpenAI account, protecting your API key, monitoring usage, and paying any OpenAI charges. Do not share your key. You may remove it from SAY Settings at any time. OpenAI is a separate service provider and is not operated by 7vn Designs LLC.
5. Text-only experience
SAY does not use microphone input, speech recognition, AI voice output, or speech evaluation. Its purpose is to help you form language internally and express it in your own words.
6. Not professional advice
SAY is an educational communication tool, not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser, emergency service, or other licensed professional. Do not rely on it as a substitute for qualified advice or urgent assistance.
7. AI limitations
AI-generated content can be incomplete, inappropriate, or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing every result, deciding whether to use it, and considering how your words may affect others. SAY does not guarantee fluency, accuracy, learning outcomes, or a particular response from another person.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use SAY to violate law, infringe rights, threaten or exploit others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or misuse OpenAI services.
9. Intellectual property
SAY, its branding, software, design, SAY Mirror structure, original content, and related materials belong to 7vn Designs LLC or its licensors. These Terms grant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app.
10. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Operation depends in part on Apple, Cloudflare, OpenAI, internet access, and the status of your accounts. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
11. Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SAY is provided “as is” without warranties. 7vn Designs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of SAY.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions can be sent through the SAY Support page.
