1. Agreement
By downloading, purchasing, or using ASK., you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Purchase and access
ASK. is offered for a one-time purchase price of $14.99, subject to App Store availability, taxes, regional pricing, and Apple’s purchase terms. This purchase is not a subscription. Refunds and billing are handled under the rules of the store where you purchased ASK.
3. What ASK. provides
ASK. provides AI-assisted information, reflection, research, organization, and decision support. Responses are generated from available context and may be incomplete or incorrect.
4. Not professional advice
ASK. is not a doctor, therapist, lawyer, financial adviser, emergency service, or other licensed professional. Do not rely on it as a substitute for qualified advice or urgent assistance. If you may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the content you submit, the decisions you make, and verifying important information. You agree not to misuse ASK., violate law, infringe rights, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the service.
6. Your connected services
If you add an API key or connect a third-party service, you are responsible for that account, its charges, and compliance with its terms. Third-party services may change, limit, or discontinue their features.
7. Intellectual property
ASK., its branding, software, design, and original content belong to 7vn Designs LLC or its licensors. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.
8. Availability and changes
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent allowed by law, ASK. is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness, or availability. 7vn Designs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of ASK.
10. Termination
We may restrict access when these Terms are violated, misuse threatens the service or others, or law requires it.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
